Summary

Human anti-mouse antibody response (HAMA response) can be produced when non-human antibodies enter human body, which will affect the safety and therapeutic effect of antibodies in clinical application. Humanization of antibody is to convert most or all of the sequence of antibody into human sequence through gene engineering operation and recombinant expression. On the basis of ensuring affinity and specificity of antibody, the heterology of antibody to human is reduced to the greatest extent.

Using CDR transplantation technology and computer-aided structural simulation design, Zoonbio can humanize mouse-derived monoclonal antibody, rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody and alpaca nano-antibody to ensure that the degree of humanization of antibody is more than 90%, and the affinity is higher than or equal to chimeric antibody.
