Summary

According to the principle of antigen-antibody reaction and chemical chromogenic reaction, the antigens in tissue sections or cell specimens first bind with an antibody, then react with a second antibody, such as labeled biotin and fluorescein. The former binds with an antibiotic such as labeled horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or alkaline phosphatase (AKP), and finally develops with a chromogenic reaction or fluorescence. Indicate the chemical composition of cells or tissues. The antigen-antibody reaction products occurring in cells can be clearly seen under optical or fluorescent microscopes, so that the distribution and content of some chemical components can be determined in situ on cell climbing sections or tissue sections.
