Summary

Zoonbio's protein Expression Platform can help you get enough soluble protein. We use the imported GST Pull-Down kit to complete the protein interaction experiment quickly and accurately, and finally deliver the cell lysis supernatant and the original image of the experiment. You can complete the whole experiment by providing only the protein sequence.

In order to verify the interaction between protein A and protein B, a multi-group control was set up to eliminate possible interference and ensure the correctness of the results. In Fig. 1, 2 and 3, it is known from Lane 1 that GST-A protein can bind to and be eluted from the curing column; from Lane 2, protein B does not bind to the curing column; from Lane 3, protein B does not bind to GST protein; and from Lane 4, protein B can bind to GST-A protein. Finally, it is concluded that protein A can interact with protein B.
