Microbial diversity analysis is to amplify the bacterial 16S rDNA or fungal 18S rDNA/ITS in specific environmental samples by PCR method. The microbial community structure in samples is analyzed by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). The gel electrophoresis strip is recovered and cloned and sequenced to determine the relationship between microspecies and species, and then the quantitative and diversity analysis of microorganisms in specific samples is carried out.
1.Genomic DNA extraction from customer samples.
2.PCR amplification and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis.
3.DGGE band recovery and secondary PCR amplification.
4.Purification of PCR products.
5.TA clone sequencing and analysis of sequencing results.
The three-dimensional upstream and downstream service system can complete a complete set of services from DNA extraction, primer design to detection and analysis, and a real one-stop service experience.
Various types of bacteria have been analyzed: common bacteria, fungi, archaea, methanogenic bacteria, methane oxidizing bacteria, nitrogen fixing bacteria, nitrifying bacteria, denitrifying bacteria, ammonia oxidizing archaea, etc.
Soil samples, intestinal samples, fecal samples, sewage treatment materials, food, swamp, water samples before and after different treatments, air, koji and so on can be detected.
We have mastered the mature experimental scheme of PCR-DGGE, and have a perfect experimental data analysis platform to ensure that the results are real and effective.
